You can share a file by sharing its link. Two types of links are available:
–MyOffice internal link — for users authorized in the system. Access to the link is determined by permission settings.
–Public link — for any user to view or download the file.
Share link
1.Open the file you want to share a link to.
2.From the Menu, select Share a link.
3.In the window that opens, select the tab with the desired link type.
Working with internal links
The following options are available on the MyOffice internal link tab:
–Copy link — the address will be copied to the clipboard.
–Send link via mail (if the function is available) — a window for sending a mail will open.
–Send link via MySquadus (if the function is available) — a window for sending a link via the messenger will open.
Working with public links
Public links can be created by the file owner or by a user with Manage rights.
To create a public link:
1.On the Public links tab, select Expiration date.
2.If necessary, select the Password protection or One-time access check boxes.
3.Click the Create link button.
To manage the created link, use the buttons in the list to copy, view, or delete it. Deleting a link immediately terminates access to it.
