You can save an open file as a template. A template is a copy of a file with saved formatting that you can use to quickly create new similar files.
Save a file as a template
1.Make sure the desired file is open.
2.From the Menu, select Save as template.
3.In the window that opens, enter a name for the template.
4.If necessary, tap Edit to select a different folder to save to.
5.Click one of the buttons to complete the operation:
•Save — to save the template in the specified folder.
•Save and open — to save the template and start editing it immediately.
Template features
–The template is saved in the application's internal format (XOTP, XOTT, or XOTS).
–DOCX, ODT, PPTX, ODP, XLSX and ODS formats are not supported for saving as a template.
