You can set the following parameters for the document pages:
–Paper size — the size of the page to be printed.
–Page orientation — portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal).
–Margin parameters — margin sizes with a step of 0.1 cm. Normal and mirrored margins are available (for double-sided printing).
Customize page settings
1.From the Menu, select Page setup.
2.In the Page setup window, in the Apply to list, select an area to apply the settings to: This section or Whole document.
3.Select print Paper size.
4.In the Orientation list, select Portrait (vertical) or Album (horizontal).
5.Customize the margins of the document:
•If you want to customize margins for double-sided printing (for example, for a brochure or book), select the Mirror margins check box and specify the size of the margins. The Mirror margins option is only available if you select the Whole document option (see above).
•If you want to customize the same margins for all pages, uncheck the Mirror check box and specify the margin size.
6.Click the OK button.
