Undo, redo action

The action history stores the latest operations related to content modification or formatting. The history is cleared when the file is closed. Actions that do not affect the content (for example, zooming) are not saved in the history.

Cancel an action

To undo an action, use one of the following methods:

–On the Home tab, in the Edit group, click Undo.

–Press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z).

Repeat an action

To repeat an action, use one of the following methods:

–On the Home tab, in the Edit group, click Repeat.

–Press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Y (Cmd+Y).
