Use one of the methods to select content:
1.Click the desired item.
2.Click and hold on the desired location and drag the cursor across multiple content items.
Select all
To select all content in the workspace or all text within an object (field, shape), use one of the following methods:
–On the Home tab, in the Edit group, click 
Select all.
–Press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+A (Cmd+A).
