Delete rows or columns

To delete one or several rows or columns, use one of the following methods:

1.Select the rows/columns or cells located within them. Then perform one of the following actions:

•In the Command menu, select Format > Table, and then click Delete Column / Delete Row.

•On the Toolbar, select the Table section and click Delete Column or Delete Row.

•Right-click on any place in the selected range and click Delete Column / Delete Row on the shortcut menu.

•Press Ctrl+Alt+U to delete column or Ctrl+Alt+R to delete row.

2.Select the entire rows or columns and press Ctrl+—.
