App page

The MySpreadsheet application page is opened from the main navigation page or from the application selection menu in the file manager (see MyFiles application help).

Elements on the page

–MySpreadsheet button — open the application selection menu and quick actions.

–(?) button — open help.

–Avatar icon — displays user's initials or photo. Clicking on the avatar opens a window with brief info about the user, a button to go to the profile and a button to log out of the account.

–Create file button — quickly create a file or select a document format to create in a new browser tab.

–List of recent files (if any).

Available actions with files on the page

–Create a new file.

–Open a file from the list.

–Download a file.

–Sort the list of files by open date, size, or author.

–Delete a file.
