You can control the level of detail of the data by hiding or displaying the contents of grouped rows and columns.
Collapse or expand a single group using the button
–To collapse a group, click the - button to the left of its header.
–To expand a collapsed group, click the + button that appears in its place.
Collapse or expand a group using the context menu
–Right-click the cell with the desired group title.
–In the context menu, select Collapse or Expand.
Collapse or expand all groups in the table
1.Right-click on any cell inside the table.
2.In the context menu, hover the cursor over Collapse or Expand all.
3.In the submenu that appears, select the desired option.
