How can we help you?

A pivot table is a tool for structuring and analyzing data from a source table. Its main function is to group and aggregate information to produce summary results.

With a pivot table, you can:

Structure the data. You can move fields from the source table between row, column, and filter areas to group data in the way you want.

Analyze totals. Totals are automatically calculated from the grouped data: sum, quantity, average and other indicators.

Analyze in detail. Filtering allows you to limit the data to be analyzed by certain criteria, focusing on the segments you need.

This allows you to use pivot tables to solve such tasks as analyzing sales by period and category, summarizing statistical results or comparing indicators by different groups.

Copy, cut, paste a pivot table

You can perform these actions through the standard clipboard tools.

The pasted pivot table keeps its functionality: structure, filters, formatting, and editing options.
