Features of copying and pasting formulas
–When copying data directly from a cell in the workspace, references to arguments in the formula are changed (automatically recalculated relative to the new position).
–To copy a formula with specific arguments exactly, copy it from the formula bar. In this case, the cell references are transferred without rebinding.
–To paste via the context menu, the browser may require permission to access the clipboard. The Mozilla Firefox browser only supports pasting data from the clipboard using the keyboard shortcut.
Copy formula and paste its value
1.Copy a formula in the standard way.
2.Seelct the cell where you want to paste the total value.
3.Execute the paste command in one of the ways:
•On the Home tab, in the Edit group, click the arrow next to the Paste button and select Paste values only or Paste values and format.
•Right-click on the cell and select Paste values only or Paste values and Format.
•Press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Alt+V (Cmd+Option+V).
