Change data range for chart

The range that was used to draw the chart can be changed. The chart will automatically rearrange itself according to the new range boundaries.

You can change the range in two ways.

Quickly change the range

1.Select the chart. A corner marker will appear on the boundary of the data range.

2.Left-click on the marker and drag it to expand or narrow the range.

Customize the range through the sidebar

1.Double-click the chart or its element. The Chart panel opens.

2.In the Chart pane, click Change data range.

3.In the chart, select the new data range with the mouse.

4.Close the range selection panel to apply the changes.

The chart will be updated.
