Grouping allows you to collapse and expand blocks of rows or columns.
Up to 8 levels of group nesting are supported.
Create a row or column group
1.Select rows or columns.
2.On the Page layout tab, click the Group button or click the arrow below the button and select Group rows or Group columns.
You can collapse and expand the group using the [-] and [+] buttons in the grouping panel on the left.
Clear a row or column grouping
1.Select the grouped rows or columns.
2.On the Page layout tab, click the arrow below the Group button and select Clear grouping.
