You can insert an image from your computer using the insert command or by dragging and dropping it from the file manager.

You can only drag and drop one image into a document at a time.

To insert an image using the insert command, do the following:

1.Select a cell or range of cells to designate where to insert the image. The image will be inserted in the upper-left corner of the selected cell or range.

2.Run the insert command in one of the following ways:

On the Insert tab, click t_insert_image Image and select the Insert command.

When working in macOS, select Insert >Image command from the command menu.

3.In the file manager window, select the image you want to insert and click Open.

To insert an image by dragging and dropping, follow the steps below:

1.Select a cell or range of cells to designate where to insert the image. The image will be inserted in the upper-left corner of the selected cell or range.

2.Drag the image file from the file manager window to the MyOffice Spreadsheet window.
