You can print the following elements: • (specified manually). • (specified manually or selected automatically if the print area is set in the third-party editor). • (selected automatically if you did not specify the selection or the set area). 1.Select a cell, a range of cells, rows or columns from which you want to print data. 2.Right-click the selected cells or the titles/contents of the selected rows/columns to open the context menu. 3.Click in the context menu. The Page Settings and Print window will open. Print area If you've set a print area in MyOffice Spreadsheet or in the third-party editor, this area will be printed automatically. To set the print area in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet editor, select and click . To set the print area using LibreOffice Calc, select > . To set a print area in MyOffice Spreadsheet, do as follows: 1.Select the area on the sheet that you want to print. 2.In the menu, select and click . You need to specify the print area for each sheet in the spreadsheet separately.
The borders of the print area are highlighted with a blue frame. If needed, you can hide this frame: 1.In the menu, select . 2.Uncheck the box. To display the frame, check this box again. To modify the print area (for example, if the selected area is not correct), follow these steps: 1.In the menu, select and click . 2.Select the area once again as described above. To print the defined area, open the window in one of the following ways: •In the menu, select . •Press +. The Page Settings and Print window will open. Print the current sheet 1.Make sure that a print area has not been set for this document. 2.Open the window in one of the following ways: •In the Command menu, select > . •On the Toolbar, select the section and click the arrow to the right of the button. In the drop-down list, select . •Press +. The Page Settings and Print window will open. |
The dialog box contains: •Document preview section •Page settings section If the sheet/selected fragment/set area that you want to print is empty or the data reside in hidden rows or columns, the Page Settings and Print dialog box will not open. Instead, the following notification will appear on the screen: “No data to print. Please make sure you have at least one page with data to print”.
The dialog box contains the pane. To control the preview, use the following buttons: • and : Zoom in or out the preview area. • Set the default page zoom. • and : Move to the next or previous sheet. Zooming does not affect the print area. The tool is intended for a detailed preview of a document content before printing.
You can resize the dialog box by dragging its borders. Print settings The options described in the table below are available within the dialog box.
The Page and Print Setup dialog box only contains the settings available for the selected printer.
Click to print the document or to close the window. Page Settings The dialog box contains the following page setup options: • Select Portrait (vertical) or Landscape (horizontal) page orientation. • Select paper size for printing. •, , , You can save the current page setup for further printing. To save the setup and close the window, click . To print the document and save the setup, click . When printing a selection, the page setup is only applied to the selection and cannot be saved for further printing sessions. |
You can print a document with one click using default settings and without opening additional windows. The following settings are used for Quick Print: •Default print settings. •The last printer used. If you did not use printer before, the default printer in your system is selected.
