The user profile page contains the following elements:
In the header of the profile page users can upload their photo and estimate the amount of free space for storing files using the storage space availability indicator. You cannot change or add a photo (avatar) if the user's quota limit is reached. |
The tab allows the user to edit the following elements: •First name, last name, middle name •Position, company name, unit, department, and city •Contact details: email address (personal or work) and phone number (mobile, home or work). •Notes The data specified in the profile is available to other users. To view it, hold the cursor over the user's avatar and wait until the pop-up window with information appears on the screen. |
The tab allows the user to manage the following settings of their account: •Change recovery email. •Change password. •Change interface language. •Set the desired format when creating documents (by default, the user is prompted to select the format in the dialog box). •Manage the automatic conversion for external documents to internal formats when uploading them to the file storage (enabled by default during installation). •Enable or disable the function of opening documents of internal formats in the editor in the view mode (enabled by default during installation). When this feature is enabled, all documents in editable formats will be opened in the editor in view mode (regardless of access permissions). The functions for setting up automatic conversion and opening a document in the editor will not be available on the tab if they are disabled by the system administrator.
