How can we help you?

In the text editor, you can use the bookmarks the same way you would use them when reading a paper book. Bookmarks allow you to quickly get back to the specific parts of your document. You can add bookmarks to text fragments, tables and their elements (rows, columns, cells), images, and headers and footers.

Interoperability of bookmarks created in MyOffice Text and Word applications is supported in .docx, .xodt and .odt format files.

Show system bookmarks

When you create a cross-reference to a heading or numbered list in a document, a system bookmark is automatically created. For example, if a cross-reference to Heading 1 is created, Heading 1 becomes a system bookmark. To see the entire list of system bookmarks, follow these steps:

1.Open the Bookmarks window in one of the following ways:

In the Insert menu, select Bookmark.

System bookmarks are displayed in the same list as manually set bookmarks. You can work with system bookmarks in the same way as with regular bookmarks.
