To change the Toolbar display mode, do the following: 1.In the menu, select . 2.In the sub-menu that opens, select the desired display mode: • Tools are arranged in two lines; the section titles are displayed. If needed, the Toolbar section titles can be hidden. • Tools are arranged in one line; section titles are not displayed. • The Toolbar is not displayed. To quickly switch between the Regular and the Compact mode, use the / button located in the right part of the Toolbar. |
The Toolbar in the MyOffice Text application has several sections. Each section (except the one) consists of various tools designed to perform a specific task. For example, the section contains tools for working with text styles. The title of each section is displayed if the Toolbar display type is Regular. When you add a button to the , it is not deleted from the section of the Toolbar in which it is located. Add a button to run a command menu option To add a button to the for a command menu option, follow the steps below: 1.Run the add command in one of the following ways: •If the section is empty, click in it. •If the section contains the added elements, right-click anywhere in the section and run context menu option. 2.In the list that opens, select the desired command menu option. The corresponding button to run the selected command menu option will be added to the section. Add a button to run a macro command To add a button to the to run a macro, follow the steps below: 1.On the Sidebar, click . 2.Hover the mouse cursor over the name of the desired macro and click . 3.In the drop-down list, hover your mouse over the option. 4.In the pane that appears, choose the icon for the button to run the macro. The chosen button will be added to the section. When you hover the mouse cursor over the button, a tooltip will be displayed in the following format: . When you click the button, the corresponding macro command will be run. The button to run the macro is displayed in all text documents on the current computer. If there is no corresponding macro in the document, the button is inactive and when you hover the mouse cursor over it, a tooltip will be displayed in the following format: . Change a button to run a macro To change the button to run a macro, follow the steps below: 1.On the Sidebar, click . 2.Hover the mouse cursor over the name of the desired macro and click . 3.In the drop-down list, hover your mouse over the option. 4.In the pane that appears, choose the new icon for the button to run the macro. Move an element To change the position of an element in the , follow these steps: 1.Right-click the element to open the context menu. 2.In the context menu, select the desired command: • Make the selected item the first in the section. • Swap the selected and previous element. • Swap the selected and subsequent element. • Make the selected item the last in the section. Delete an element To delete a Toolbar button from the section, follow the steps below: 1.Right-click it in the section or in the section from which it was added. 2.Run the context menu command. To remove a button for a command menu option from the section, right-click it and run the option. A button to run a macro can be removed from the section whether or not the macro is contained in the current document. Removal is carried out in the same way as removing a button to run a command menu option. If the macro is contained in the current document, the button can also be removed using the macro pane: 1.On the Sidebar, click . 2.Hover the mouse cursor over the name of the desired macro and click . 3.In the drop-down list, select the option. In addition, the button is removed from the section if the macro command corresponding to it is deleted from the document.
