When working on a document, you can highlight certain text fragments in different colors (marker style) to make them more visible against the background of the rest of the document content.
To highlight the text, follow these steps:
1.Select the required fragment of text.
2.To select the last color you used to highlight text earlier, on the Toolbar, on the Home tab, in the Font group, click Highlight color.
3.To select a different color for text highlighting, on the Toolbar, on the Home tab, in the Font group, click the arrow to the right of the Highlight color button.
4.Select the desired color in the provided palette or in the Recent colors set. This color set is displayed if at least one color from the palette was previously used to highlight text. The Recent colors block can display a total of one to eight of the most recently used colors.
The selected color will be checked, and the text will be highlighted in this color.
To remove highlighting from a text, do the following:
1.Select the required fragment of text.
2.On the Home tab, in the Font group, click the arrow to the right of the Highlight color button.
3.In the color selection pane that opens, click No color.
