The contents of all fields, except for Fill-in, are automatically updated when you open the document, submit it for printing, and save it in .pdf format.
You can also update the fields manually. To do this, proceed as follows:
1.Specify the fields to be updated:
•To update one or more fields, select those fields or the text that contains those fields.
•To update all fields in the document, run the Select all command.
2.Refresh the table in one of the following ways:
•Right-click the selected fields or text to open the context menu and run the Update field / Update fields command.
•Press F9.
If there are one or more Fill-in fields among the fields to be updated, windows for entering or editing values in these fields will be displayed sequentially on the screen.

The fields are filled in the order they appear in the document. The corresponding windows for entering values are numbered. The number of each window is displayed in its lower right corner.
When the window is opened, the document automatically scrolls to the corresponding field.
To save the value in the input window and move to the next window (if there is one), click Save.
To skip entering a value, click Skip.
To interrupt the process of entering all values, click the
button in the title bar of the window.
