If a spreadsheet contains a lot of zero values, you might want to hide them to make you spreadsheet easier to work with. Hidden zero values are displayed only in the formula bar and are not printed.

To hide the zero values on the sheet, use one of the following methods:

Right-click on the tab of the sheet on which you want to hide the zero values and select Hide zero values in the context menu.

Open the sheet where you want to hide the zero values and select the Command menu item Table > Sheet > Hide zero values. When the function is enabled, the menu item is checked.

To display previously hidden zero values on the sheet, use one of the following methods:

Right-click the tab of the sheet on which the zero values are hidden and select Display zero values in the context menu.

Open the sheet where the zero values are hidden and select the Command menu item Table > Sheet > Hide zero values to uncheck the box in the menu item.
