Font size

The font size is displayed on the Toolbar and in the drop-down list of available fonts and, as the current size, is indicated by the icon in the list.

To change the font size, do the following:

1.Select the desired fragment of the cell content in the editing mode,the whole cell or a range of cells.

2.Select the font size in one of the following ways:

•In the Command menu, select Format > Text > Font size.

•Click the button to the right of the current font size on the Toolbar.

To increase or decrease the font size by one unit relative to the set value, do the following:

1.Select the desired fragment of the cell content in the editing mode, the whole cell or a range of cells.

2.Change the font size in one of the following ways:

•In the Command menu, select Format > Font > Increase font size or Decrease font size.

•On the Toolbar, click or . If the window size does not allow to display the whole Toolbar, the commands will be available by clicking the More button on the Toolbar.

•Press Ctrl+Shift+, ( Cmd+ Shift+,) to decrease and Ctrl+Shift+. ( Cmd+ Shift+.) to increase the font size.
