In MyOffice Spreadsheet, you can copy formatting from one text fragment and apply it to another fragment. The formatting copied to the clipboard can be also used in other MyOffice applications.
The following formatting types can be copied:
•Formatting of cell contents, such as font, font size, or text color.
•Cell formatting, such as alignment, fill color, or cell border parameters.
Copy formatting
1.Before copying:
•To copy the formatting of the cell contents, select the desired fragment in the editing mode or put the cursor in it.
•To copy the formatting of a cell, select the cell.
2.Copy the formatting in one of the following ways:
•In the Command menu, select > .
•Press ++( + +).
Apply formatting
1.Before applying the formatting:
•To apply formatting of the cell contents, select the desired fragment in the editing mode, cell or a range.
•To apply cell formatting, select the cell or a range of cells.
2.Apply formatting in one of the following ways:
•In the Command menu, select > .
•Press ++ ( + +).
Formatting can also be copied and applied using the button on the Toolbar. Do the following:
1.Before copying the formatting:
•To copy the formatting of the cell contents in the editing mode, select the desired fragment or place the cursor in it.
•To copy the formatting of a cell, select the cell.
2.Click on the Toolbar (the cursor will look like ).
3.Select the cell or a range of cells.
Apply formatting to multiple items
You can apply the selected formatting to multiple items of the document. To apply the formatting, on the Toolbar, double-click when copying the formatting. Or press Ctrl+Shift+C ( + +).
To leave the multiple formatting mode, click on the Toolbar once again. Or press .
