Charts provide a visual representation of the data. In MyOffice Spreadsheet, there are 5 types of charts you can use:
•Column (Clustered, Stacked, 100% stacked)
•Bar (Clustered, Stacked, 100% stacked)
•Line (Regular, Stacked, 100% stacked, Regular with markers, Stacked with markers, 100% stacked with markers)
•Area (Regular, Stacked, 100% stacked)
•Pie
Insert a chart based on the existing data
1.Select the range that you want to use to create a chart.
2.On the Command menu, select > or click on the Toolbar. If the window size does not allow the entire Toolbar to be displayed, inserting a diagram will be available by clicking on the Toolbar.
3.On the drop-down menu, select the preferred chart type.
Insert an empty chart
1.Select any empty cell in a sheet.
2.On the Command menu, select > or click on the Toolbar. If the window size does not allow the entire toolbar to be displayed, inserting a diagram will be available by clicking on the Toolbar.
3.On the drop-down menu, select the preferred chart type.
