You can select multiple table cells for copying, formatting, and other actions.

Select an arbitrary cell range

1.Place the cursor in the first cell of the future range.

2.Press the left mouse button and move the cursor to the last cell of the range.

Quickly select cells using the Shift key

1.Click the left mouse button on the first cell of the future range.

2.Hold down the Shift key and left-click on the last cell of the range.

3.If you want to expand or narrow the range, hold down the Shift key and press the arrow keys.

Select the whole table

1.Place the cursor in any cell of the table.

2.Press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+A (Cmd+A).
