Spelling and grammar check is available in the application. Spelling is checked in Russian, English, French and Spanish. Grammar is checked for texts in Russian.
Enable or disable spell checking
1.Click the Review tab.
2.In the Spelling and grammar menu, check or uncheck one or both of the checkboxes:
•Show spelling errors.
•Show grammar errors.
Selecting language dictionaries
By default, the Russian and English language dictionaries are used during checking.
To select dictionaries:
1.On the Review tab, from the Spelling and grammar menu, select Dictionaries.
2.In the window that opens, select the necessary dictionaries. You can select from one to three dictionaries at a time.
Working with spelling errors
Words with spelling errors are underlined with a red squiggly line.
To correct a word:
1.Right-click on the underlined word.
2.In the context menu, select one of the correct spelling options (if available).
To stop underlining a word, right-click on it and select Ignore all in the context menu.
Working with grammar errors
–Grammar check is available for texts in Russian.
–Sentences with grammatical errors are underlined with a blue wavy line.
