It can happen that several elements on a slide need to be arranged with partial or full overlap. Each element must occupy a certain position, that is, located in the foreground or in the background, or between other elements.

Bring forward

To move a table one level forward relative to another object, select it and do one of the following:

In the Command menu, select Format > Arrange > Bring Forward.

On the Toolbar, select the Arrange section and click move_forward Bring Forward.

Right-click the table to open the the context menu and select Bring Forward.

Press alt Option+shift Shift+command Cmd+F on the English keyboard layout.

To bring the table on top of other elements, do one of the following:

In the Command menu, select Format > Arrange > Bring to Front.

On the Toolbar, select the Arrange section. Click the button to the right of the move_forward Bring Forward button. In the drop-down list, select Bring to Front.

Right-click the table open the the context menu and select Bring to Front.

Press shift Shift+command Cmd+F on the English keyboard layout.

Send backward

To move a table one level backwards relative to another element, do one of the following:

In the Command menu, select Format > Arrange > Send Backward.

On the Toolbar, select the Arrange section and click move_back Send Backward.

Right-click the table to open the the context menu and select Send Backward.

Press alt Option+shift Shift+command Cmd+ B on the English keyboard layout.

To bring the table to the back of other elements, do one of the following:

In the Command menu, select Format > Arrange > Send Backward.

On the Toolbar, select the Arrange section. Click the button to the right of the move_back Send Backward button. In the drop-down list, select Send Backward.

Right-click the table open the the context menu and select Send Backward.

Press shift Shift+command Cmd+B on the English keyboard layout.
