How can we help you?

The text of the presentation can be presented as a bulleted, numbered or mixed list. In bulleted lists, each new item is marked with a marker, in numbered lists with a number or letter, and in mixed lists both markers, numbers, and letters can be used.

Create a list

The slides designed to show text information contain blocks of the "Text” type (text placeholders). Since text in presentations is most often in the form of lists, the default list style applies to the text placeholders. Thus, the text is entered to the text placeholders as a list. If needed, the list in the placeholders can be modified or converted into text.

Lists can also be created manually in any other presentation elements. For example, in the shapes or tables.

To create a list, do the following:

1.Specify the location/text/element to create the list:

To start the list on an empty line, place the cursor in this line.

To start a list inside an element without text (except tables), select the element.
