You can upload a file or folder to the My files section, as well as to the folders Shared and Common folders if you have the right to edit. When performing an operation in the Flagged, Watched, Recent, and Trash sections, the uploaded objects will be added to My files section.
By default, the size of the uploaded file should not exceed 5 GB. This parameter is managed by the administrator.
In MyFiles it is not possible upload an empty folder.
Document conversion when uploading
External format documents can be uploaded in their original format or automatically converted to an internal format for editing. The mode is adjusted in the profile settings. The availability of the function is determined by the administrator. For more information on converted formats, see Supported file formats.
Upload a file or folder from an external source
1.Do one of the following:
•Click Add in the Navigation bar.
•Right-click on an empty field in the workspace.
•Click Upload in the workspace of an empty folder.
2.In the menu, select Upload file or Upload folder.
3.In the system window, select a file or folder and click Open.
An upload window will appear in the lower-right corner of the screen, which will display a list of uploaded objects and the upload process itself.
To pause, resume, and cancel the upload of an object, use the buttons:
Pause,
Resume and
Cancel.
When uploading a folder containing sub-folders, you can cancel the uploading process of the sub-folders and the top‑level folder. In this case, all folders will still be created and will contain files uploaded before the upload operation was canceled.
If the upload is on a long pause, you can resume or cancel it.
If the action is not selected, the upload operation will be interrupted, and a window with information about canceling the operation will appear on the screen.
If the upload is suspended in case of disconnection from the server, the upload will resume automatically after the connection is restored.
As a result:
–The object will be displayed in the workspace of the open folder.
–Information about the object upload will appear in the upload window.
If the names of objects match, the following actions are available: :

To apply the selected action to all uploaded objects with matching names, select the check box Apply to all in the dialog box. The Replace action can only be applied to files.
Window displaying the list of uploaded items
When uploading objects, a window will appear in the lower right corner with a list of uploaded objects and the process of performing operations.
The window manage buttons are located at the top of the window:
–Expand.
–Collapse.
–Access to additional operations with objects in the list.
–Close.
Additional buttons for available actions are displayed in the list for operations.
If you expand the upload window, information about the upload operations will be displayed on the screen where you can view the messages for each error and make decisions on whether to resume or cancel the upload.
To see the list of uploaded files in a folder, expand it.
