You don't have to log in to work with mobile apps. All features are available for local offline use. You can log in through the settings menu (Cloud Storage section): you can link other cloud services like Yandex.Disk, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Box. You can also work collaboratively through the MyOffice private cloud.
