MyOffice Text allows you to copy the formatting from one part of the text and apply it to another.

You can copy the following formatting types:

Text formatting (including font, font size, and text color).

Paragraph formatting (such as alignment, line spacing, or paragraph style).

Copy formatting

1.Before copying:

To copy the formatting of the text, select the text or place the cursor in the text.

To copy the formatting of a paragraph, place the cursor in a paragraph in the text.

2.Copy the formatting in one of the following ways:

In the Command menu, select Edit > Copy formatting.

Press Ctrl+Shift+C (command Cmd+shift Shift+C).

Apply formatting

1.Before applying the formatting:

To apply text formatting, select the text.

To apply paragraph formatting, place the cursor in a paragraph or select several paragraphs.

2.Apply formatting in one of the following ways:

In the Command menu, select Edit > Apply formatting.

Press Ctrl+Shift+V (command Cmd+shift Shift+V).

You can also copy and apply the formatting using the knpk_copy_format button on the Toolbar. Do the following:

1.Before copying the formatting:

To copy the formatting of the text, select the text or place the cursor in the text.

To copy the formatting of a paragraph, place the cursor in this paragraph of text.

2.Click the button knpk_copy_format on the Toolbar (the cursor will look like this: cursor_format_copy).

3.Apply formatting as follows:

To apply text formatting, select the text.

To apply paragraph formatting, place the cursor in a paragraph or select several paragraphs.

If you start copying and the cursor is between two fragments with different text formatting, the formatting to the right of the cursor will be copied.

If the selected text has multiple types of formatting, only the formatting to the right of the first character in the selected fragment will be copied.
