Pre-copied or cut out data in the clipboard is available for inserting. You can paste data from the clipboard with or without saving the original formatting.
To insert the content while keeping its original formatting, do the following:
1.Place the cursor where you want to insert the content or select the text (object) you want to replace with data from the clipboard.
2.Paste the content in one of the following ways:
•In the Command menu, select > .
•On the Toolbar, select the section and click .
•On the Toolbar, select the section and press the arrow to the right of the button. In the drop-down list, select the command.
•Right-click to open the context menu and click .
•Press +.
When you insert data without keeping the original formatting, only the text will be inserted from the clipboard. That means that when you insert tables, shapes with text or links, only the text which these elements contain will be inserted. If the text that you copy or cut contains images, they will not be inserted into the document.
The text inserted from the clipboard will be formatted using the style of the text where it is inserted.
To insert text without formatting, follow the steps below:
1.Place the cursor where you want to insert the content or select the text (object) you want to replace with data from the clipboard.
2.Paste the content in one of the following ways:
•In the Command menu, select > .
•On the Toolbar, select the section and press the arrow to the right of the button. In the drop-down list, select the command.
•Right-click to open the context menu and click .
