You can open the file being edited in another spreadsheet editor directly from MyOffice Spreadsheet. To do this, follow these steps:

1.In the File menu, click Open With.

2.In the list that opens, select the required application.

If the Open With command menu option is not displayed, please contact your system administrator for its configuration.

The file will close in the MyOffice Spreadsheet application and open in the selected application. If there are unsaved changes left in the file when you close it, MyOffice Spreadsheet prompts you to save them.
