Insert an image

Application: Spreadsheet Desktop version

You can insert images:

•From your computer

•From Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge browsers

•From any spreadsheet or text editor included in Microsoft Office or LibreOffice suites

The supported image formats include .png, .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .gif, .tiff and .tif.

Insert an image from a computer

1.Place your cursor where you want to insert the image.

2.Insert an image in one of the following ways:

•In the Insert menu, select Image.

•On the Toolbar, select the Insert section and click the t_insert_image Image.

•On the Toolbar, select the Insert section and click t_more . In the insert pane that appears, click t_insert_image_small Image.

3.In the opened window, select the image you want to insert and click Open.

1.Copy the image from the source.

2.Place your cursor where you want to insert the image.

3.Insert the image in one of the following ways:

•In the Edit menu, select Paste.

•On the Toolbar, select the Edit section and click t_edit_paste Paste. Or click the arrow to the right of the Paste button and select Paste.

•Right-click to open the context menu and select Paste from the context menu.

•Press Ctrl+V.
