When working on a document, you can highlight certain text fragments in different colors (marker style) to make them more visible against the background of the rest of the document content.
To highlight the text, follow these steps:
1.Select the required text:
•To highlight all the text in a cell in color, select the cell.
•To highlight a text fragment located in a cell with a color, enter the cell editing mode and select the fragment.
•To highlight a word in color, enter the cell editing mode and place the cursor on the word or select the entire word.
2.To select the last color you used to highlight text earlier, on the Toolbar, in the section, click the button.
3.To select a different color for text highlighting, on the Toolbar, in the section, click the arrow to the right of the button.
4.Select the desired color in the provided palette or in the block. This color block is displayed if at least one color from the palette was previously used to highlight text. The block can display a total of one to eight of the most recently used colors.
The selected color will be checked, and the text will be highlighted in this color.
To remove highlighting from a text, do the following:
1.Select the desired text as described above.
2.On the Toolbar, in the section, click the arrow to the right of the button.
3.In the palette that opens, click .
