In MyOffice Spreadsheet, you can copy the formatting from a part of a document to another. The formatting copied can be applied to:
•Once: To one fragment of the document.
•Multiple times: To several document fragments in succession.
The formatting copied to the clipboard can also be used in MyOffice Text.
Depending on the selected element, you can format: •Paragraph •Text •Paragraph and text •Cell The table below specifies how the formatting is copied and applied:

To copy and paste formatting you can use the following tools: •The •Keyboard shortcuts. •Command menu options (when working in macOS).
To format one element of a document using the 1.Select the part of the document you want to copy the formatting from (see the Formatting basics section). 2.On the Home tab, in the Edit group, click 3.Select the part of the document you want to copy the formatting to (see the Formatting basics section).
To format multiple elements of a document using the 1.Select the part of the document you want to copy the formatting from (see the Formatting basics section). 2.On the Home tab, in the Edit group, double-click 3.Format the desired parts of the document one by one as described in the section above.
To exit the multiple elements formatting mode, use one of the following methods: •On the Home tab, in the Edit group, click the •Press Esc.
To copy the formatting using the command menu or keyboard shortcuts, follow these steps: 1.Select the part of the document you want to copy the formatting from (see the Formatting basics section). 2.When working in Windows or Linux, press Ctrl+Shift+C. When working in macOS, run the Edit > Copy formatting command from the command menu or press 3.To apply the formatting to one part of the document, do the following: •Select the part of the document you want to copy the formatting from (see the Formatting basics section). •When working in Windows or Linux, press Ctrl+Shift+V. When working in macOS, run Edit > Paste formatting command from the command menu or press 4.To apply the formatting to multiple elements in the document, select these elements one by one and apply the formatting as described above. |
The formatting copied to the clipboard history is saved and can be applied later. To open the formatting history, follow these steps: 1.On the Home tab, in the Edit group, click the arrow to the right of the 2.In the opened drop-down list, select the format you want. The most recent formatting is on the top of the list. 3.Select the part of the document you want to apply the formatting to as described in the section above. |
