The order of the slides can be changed by dragging them with the mouse on the Slide bar. Slides can also be moved using keyboard shortcuts, Сommand menu and context menu.

Move to the beginning

To make a slide the first slide of a presentation, follow these steps:

1.Select the slide in the Slide bar.

2.Move the slide in one of the following ways:

In the Command menu, select Slide > Move to Beginning.

Right-click to open the slide context menu and click Move to Beginning.

Press shift Shift+command Cmd+Up Arrow.

Move up/down

If you want to move the slide relative to the previous/subsequent slide, use the following commands:

Move Up: Swap the selected and previous slide;

Move Down: Swap the selected and subsequent slide.

To move the slide up/down, follow these steps:

1.Select the slide in the Slide bar.

2.Move the slide in one of the following ways:

In the Command menu, select Slide > Move Up / Move Down.

Press command Cmd+Up Arrow / command Cmd+Down Arrow.

Move to the end

To make a slide the last slide of the presentation, follow these steps:

1.Select the slide in the Slide bar.

2.Move the slide in one of the following ways:

In the Command menu, select Slide > Move to End.

Right-click to open the slide context menu and click Move to End.

Press shift Shift+command Cmd+Down Arrow.
