Switch slides

You can use the Control bar buttons, mouse and the arrow keys on your keyboard to switch slides.

To switch to the next slide, do one of the following:

–On the Control bar, click  Forward.

–Scroll the mouse wheel toward you.

–On the keyboard, press:

•Space, Enter, →, ↓, or Page Down when working in Windows or Linux.

•Space, Enter, →, ↓, or Fn+↓ when working in macOS.

–Left-click the slide.

–If the presentation is being shown in presenter view, left-click the next slide (the slide in the area to the right).

To switch to the previous slide, do one of the following:

–On the Control bar, click  Back.

–Scroll the mouse wheel outward.

–On the keyboard, press:

•Backspace, ←, ↑ or Page Up when working in Windows or Linux.

•Delete, ←, ↑ or Fn+↑ when working in macOS.
