To create a meeting with one or more contacts in the contact list, do the following:
1.Select one or more contacts in the list in the contact list by left-clicking their avatars.
2.Click on the contact list toolbar.
To create a meeting with a contact open in the Reading pane, click on the toolbar of the Reading pane.
In both cases, the MyOffice Calendar page will open in a new tab of the web browser with a window for creating a new event with the selected contacts as the event participants.
