To invite a guest:
1.Select a file or folder.
2.Open the Sharing settings window.
3.Click the Add user button.
4.Enter the guest's email address in full. A drop-down line will appear.
5.Confirm sending the invitation to the entered email address by clicking on the drop-down line.
6.Assign the type of permission: Edit, Comment or View.
Please note that if the user and the guest are granted rights at the same time, the Manage permission will be available in the list, but in this case the guest will receive the Edit permission.
7.Click the Add button.
As a result, an invitation will be sent to the specified email address, and a new Invitations section will appear in the share window and will be accessible only to the file owner and the user with management permissions.
After the guest registers using the invitation link:
–You can change the type of permissions granted to them.
–The guest will be displayed in the share window and marked as (Guest).
–It will be possible to sort the list of users who have access to the object by role.
