The files and folders that the user has been granted access to are displayed in the Shared and Common folders sections. Objects can also be located in the Flagged, Watched, and Recent sections. The user can refuse the access granted to the file or folder, as a result of which the object will be removed from the list of available ones.
To refuse access, use one of the following methods:
–Select an object or several objects. On the Toolbar, click
More >
Decline access.
–Select the object and select the
Decline access option in the context menu.
–Select the object, click on the Share hyperlink in the Sidebar, and click Decline access in the dialog box.
–In the Navigation bar, select a folder and select
Decline access in the context menu (available for folders only).
After clicking on the Decline access button, the Sharing settings window will be replaced by a confirmation window for declining access. To confirm the action, click Decline. To return to the Sharing settings dialog box, click Cancel.
Access to multiple objects cannot be denied if there is an object among the selected objects that the current user owns.
To return access to an object, request access permissions by clicking on an internal link to the object.
