Sort objects

To sort objects, use column headers. The objects in the list of files and folders are sorted by all columns except the Actions column. To customize the display of information about an object and then sort it, add or hide the required columns.

An arrow is displayed to the right of the column name by which the sorting is performed :

–The columns Name, Author, Owner and Modified by are sorted alphabetically.

–The columns Created on, Last modified, Last modified by me, Opened by me on are sorted from the later dates to the earlier dates and vice versa.

–The Size and All versions size columns are sorted from large file sizes to smaller ones and vice versa.

When sorting by Size and Size of all versions, only file data is taken into account; when sorting by other criteria, file and folder data are taken into account.
