How can we help you?
Application: Files Web version
If the option to create public links is disabled in the installed version of the application, thePublic Links tab is not displayed, only MyOffice internal links are available.

Public links to a document can be created by its owner or a user with the permission to manage it. For users with rights to view, comment, and edit, the Public links tab displays a notification with information about the document's owner.

On the Public links tab, you can create new public links to an object, view existing ones, and manage them. Valid links are displayed in a list. For public links, the link address, expiration date, link author and password (if any), are indicated. The list of links is sorted in ascending order of the link validity period. You cannot change the sorting type.

Available actions with public links:

Copying the link address.

Copying the password.

Copying the data to access the element (link, expiration date, and password, if any).

Deletion.

The public link can be blocked by the administrator. A public link can also be blocked automatically if spam is suspected (for example, when a large number of similar requests from users or programs are received). Such a link is marked with blocked_link. When you hover the cursor over the icon, a pop-up window appears with information about the blocking period. When clicking on a deleted or blocked link, the user will see a corresponding message on the screen.
