Open an object using a public link
A file opened by a public link can be viewed, downloaded, or printed. Audio and video files can be viewed, listened to, rewound, and downloaded.
In a folder opened by a public link, you can view all the attached files and folders, as well as download or print the attached documents.
Open the link in the browser. If the public link is password protected, a password entry window will appear on the screen. Enter your password and click Continue.
The object will automatically open for preview in the current browser tab.
File management in preview mode is performed using the buttons:
