File quota

Each user is allocated a quota, a limited amount of space in the document storage.

The personal quota includes:

–Files from the My files section.

–Versions of files from the My files section.

–Files moved from the My files section to the Trash.

–An image added as an avatar.

The personal quota does not include:

–Files from the Shared and Common folders sections.

–Files moved from the Common folders section to the Trash.

System behavior when the quota is filled:

1.The amount of files in the storage is approaching the set limit.

A warning notification will be displayed at the top of the window. You can continue working with the files. If necessary, hide the warning by clicking the button or log in to the web application again.

2.The amount of files in the storage has reached the size of the allocated quota.

A warning notification will be displayed at the top of the window, which cannot be hidden. Further file operations are not possible until the quota issue is resolved.
