To set up access via the link
Available for file owners and users with management rights.
To set up access via a link:
1.Select a file from the list by clicking on its icon.
2.Open the share window.
3.In the drop-down list The file is available, select the desired option:
•To users with access
•Anyone with a link
4.Select the type of access permissions:
–View
–Comment
–Edit
After that, you can copy the link, send the link by mail or via MySquadus.
As a result, all logged users (except guests) will have access to the file when clicking on the link.
To cancel access via the link, in the The file is available drop-down window select To users with access.
The files available via the link are displayed in the Recent folder and do not take up space in the quota.
