Actions that are displayed:

Creating a document or a new folder.

Creating a document from a template.

Uploading a file.

Document content changes (recorded every two minutes).

Renaming an object.

Deleting or restoring an object from the Trash.

Restoring the object by the administrator.

Moving an object.

Replacing the file.

Additionally, owners and users with management permissions can view the following actions:

Creating or deleting a public link.

Deleting or blocking a public link by an administrator.

Automatic blocking of a public link.

Adding, changing, or deleting direct access permissions. When hovering over an action, the accessSharing settings button appears to go to the access rights management window.

For each action, the following information is recorded:

Date and time of the action.

Avatar and the name of the user who performed the action.

Type of action.

Actions are sorted in descending order by the date of occurrence and displayed in groups:

Actions for the current day with time indication.

Actions over the last seven days, not counting the current day.

Actions for the month, with indication of the year.

The number of stored actions per object is set by the administrator. When the maximum value is reached, the earliest actions are deleted.

To view the action history of a file or folder, select an object in the workspace or in the Navigation bar and go to the Activity tab on the Sidebar. If you select more than one object, the Activity tab is not displayed in the object properties pane.

You can subscribe to actions in files and receive notifications.
