By default, the following elements are located in the Navigation bar of the file storage:

MyFiles Документы button

Open the menu of applications and quick actions

Add button

Create a document, folder, or web page shortcut and upload a file or folder

My files section

Account owner's folders or files

Shared section

Folders or files that were provided to the user by their authors or owners

Common folders section

The section with a separate quota for storing shared documents. The administrator creates top-level folders in this section and assigns owners to manage access to the objects in them

Flagged section

Folders or files marked with a flag

Watched section

Files that you have subscribed to to receive event notifications

Recent section

The last edited documents and/or files in preview mode, and/or documents for which the version history was opened

Trash section

Folders or files deleted by the user

Avatar

Displaying the user's initials or photo. When clicked, a window opens with brief information about the user, a button to go to the user's profile, and a button to log out of the account

Open access to reference materials

 

To open the context menu, right-click on the object.

The context menu depends on access permissions and contains the following commands for working with objects:

If the folder for which the context menu is called is already open in the workspace, then the command Open not displayed.

The Download, Print, and Send by email commands are not displayed in the context menu if the administrator has set a ban.

 

When you delete the current folder using the context menu, the parent folder opens in the workspace.
