The operation is only available if the mail client is connected and if the administrator has not set a ban. Sending files to remote users is not provided.

Before sending, documents in internal XODT, XODS, and XODP formats are converted to other office application formats, including PDF, at the user's choice.

Only one file can be sent by mail in one operation.

Sending folders to MyFiles is not provided.

 

To send a file as an attachment:

1.Select a file in the list by clicking on its icon.

2.Use one of the ways to send the file:

Click on the Toolbarbutton_more More > send_emailSend via email .

Select Send via email from the context menu.

3.Select the format in which the file will be sent (the setting is available for files in XODT, XODS, and XODP formats).

4.Enter the names or email addresses of the people you want to send the file to, or click knpk_add_contact Contact list and in the contact form:

Use the user's search field by email address (the field is available on any tab).

Select users from the list on the Corporate (the tab can be disabled by the administrator) or Personal tabs.

Select a contact from the address book using the knpk_add_in_listAdd to list or click Select button.

5.To view additional contact information, hover over the avatar or the name of the user to whom you are sending the file. You can also click on the hyperlink Details for more information about the user in the MyContacts application (when integrated with MyMail).

6.If necessary, add a cover message and check the box Send a copy to myself.

7.Click Send.
