Create a shortcut
1.Select an object by clicking on its icon.
2.Create a shortcut using one of the following methods:
•Click on the Toolbar >
More >
Create shortcut.
•Select Create shortcut in the context menu.
3.Select the folder where the shortcut will be created.
4.Click Create a shortcut.
Open a shortcut
To open a shortcut to a file or folder, use one of the following methods:
–Click on the shortcut name.
–In the context menu, select Open for folder shortcut or View for file shortcut.
Depending on the type of object the shortcut points to, a folder or file will be opened in preview mode.
If you do not have access to the source file, a corresponding message will appear. If you do not have access to the source folder, the access request page will open.
To request access to a source file or folder, do the following:
1.Select from the context menu Original file / Original folder > Request access .
2.In the access request in the page, select the users to send the request.
3.Click Request access.
Work with the original object
The original object is the file or folder that the shortcut points to. To work with the source object, select the desired action in the context menu item Original file/ Original folder:
