New features in document editors
  1. View files in doc, xls, ppt, txt and rtf formats. Open files created in older versions of document editors. Save changes to docx, xlsx, xodt, odt, xods, ods, pptx, xopd, odp, or pdf format depending on the type of the document you are editing.

  2. Select and copy text from pdf files. Use the context menu to copy the selected text in a pdf file to paste it to an editable document in another format.

Text editor
  1. Work with images. Use the Image tab on the toolbar to insert, select, resize, move, or delete a picture. You can also change the text wrapping options: in front of text, behind text, square, top and bottom.

  2. Use Mobile View mode to read documents easily. Enable this mode to view documents without page breaks, headers and footers. The text scale adapts to the screen size. If necessary, you can edit text or insert images. Exit the Mobile View mode and return to the Page View mode using the context menu.

  3. Display headers and footers. View the headers and footers in a document while in the Page View mode.

Presentation editor
  1. Insert bulleted and numbered lists. Format text as bulleted and numbered lists. You can change the level of bulleted and numbered lists using the Indent feature on the toolbar.

Spreadsheet editor
  1. Select cell data formats. Change the data format in the “Cell” tab on the toolbar. Preview how the data will look in a particular format. Use quick commands on the toolbar to select currency and percentage formats.

  2. Merge cells. Merge and unmerge cells using the respective commands on the toolbar.

  3. Work with images and charts. Move and resize images and charts on the worksheet.
